About Us

Convenience/Affordability

We accept the UTD Student Health Insurance and provide UTD discounts for those that do not have insurance. We are a short distance from UTD (conveniently attached to the SuperTarget on Dallas Parkway and W Park Blvd).
We offer evening and weekend appointments and accommodate walk-ins for your convenience.

Services

All our comprehensive exams include testing for eye diseases such as diabetes, cataracts, glaucoma, and lazy eye and conditions such as digital eye strain and dry eye. We offer contacts lens exams and fittings with the latest contact lens designs.

The best optometrist I’ve been to in years. Many many years. This location went above and beyond to make sure I was paying the best price. My vision insurance and health insurance were reviewed and a combination of the two were used to get the best price. Incredible. No one else has done that in my life. Also, no extra surprise costs that you get at some optometrist that are trying to nickel and dime you for all you have. An easy 5 stars. Solid exam where everything was explained. I’m very impressed.

First time patient at this location and I felt fortunate that they offer Saturday appointments due to my job. Secondly, the Dr. at this location is very informative. Learned how our eyes can provide details into certain areas of our health. He seemed interested and involved with my appointment. I'd absolutely recommend friends and family to make an appointment with this Doctor. Use of insurance was a breeze and very little paperwork.

Dr. Mehta is great. Making an appointment was very easily done using the QR code on his business card. You can get one from his office or the Optical Department inside Walmart. I think he did a very thorough exam and took a lot of time making sure I had the correct prescription for new glasses. I ordered glasses from the Optical Department. There are a lot of frames to choose from. They will be ready to pick up tomorrow, which took about a week. I will definitely go back to Dr. Mehta and Walmart’s Vision Center.
